Quality Inn & Suites Creedmoor - Butner

It was very clean. Definitely needs an up date. The toilet is the size and height for a toddler so get your squat work outs in before staying here. The bed wasn't the worst, you still will have a bar stabbing you in the back. The pillows are more like throw pillows but not paper thin. There is a high chance of stubbing your pinky toe in the middle of the night as well as since it's a tight squeeze between the bed and the dresser.

Really nice room. Staff was pleasant to wotk with at checkin. Plenty of space to move around and to relax. Parking lot entry from road are bad, due to construction.

The room was clean. There is a train track right behind the hotel so it was a little loud every 10 or so minutes but it's right off of 85 and convenience is key service is great and the desk clerk was polite and kind and courteous

I recently stayed here. The room was very clean. The front desk lady was very nice. I was in a bad mood. I was in the car with my fiance's daughter during the storm. We stopped here. She waived the early check-in fee. After reading reviews I thought I would be in a dirty hotel. It was the opposite. Very clean.

A great place to stay. The rooms were clean and well put together. The towels in the room were folded exquisitely. (Beautiful) People like myself will appreciate the time taken to create a nice and professional environment. DOWNSIDE: I paid a flat rate through a traveling company for one night, two adults. The next Moroni 8.a.m. I decided to stay a second night and the rate went up about $15. This is not good business and is not the American way. Hopefully this review will spark an idea and this will be resolved. IN ADDITION, they seem to divide the louder, younger louder crowd to one side and they put the more type laid back people on the other side some may call this discrimination what have you but I think it's safe to say that this is done and it helped I did have someone approached me to inquire about buying drugs . I am from Durham, North Carolina and I'm used to this . He did not hassle me no issues he went on about his business be aware of this and be ready and you'll be okay and you'll enjoy your stay at this Comfort Inn located in Creedmoor North Carolina just right off I-85M name is Chad Harris and thank you for reading this review.

Good enough for one night as we had a late flight into Charlotte and had to drive to Norfolk. Convenient location and didn’t feel unsafe. However, need a better system for snacks/drinks. Please accept card payment for those items

Stayed here the 3rd through the 5th of this month. Overall the experience was great. Quiet spot right off the interstate, centrally located to many restaurants and convenience stores. The bad experience came when it was time to get my deposit back. They said we smoked in our non smoking room, when we did not. We smoked right outside the door and placed all of our butts inside cups of water and placed them inside our trash can inside the room. Called about the deposit yesterday and was told to call back today to speak with the manager. Have done so 4 times and no one is picking up the phone. I do have some integrity and if I had smoked inside the room, I wouldn't be feeling a way about not receiving the money back, but I'm big on principle. Will be in this area ALOT for work in the near future and being that this is the way they conduct that part of the business, I'll be looking for another hotel in the area and hope that the staff is as friendly as this one

Well if you were ever near Stem,North Carolina, this is a nicely redone hotel. Room 125 was clean was comfortable beds and linens. Did still have carpet but it was clean. Coffee maker micro and refrigerator. And a nice selection at breakfast. TY for restful evening!
